Institut Supérieur de l’Education Spécialisée

The Higher Institute of Specialized Education (ISES) is a public administrative establishment, endowed with civil personality and financial autonomy. It operates under the administrative supervision of the Ministry of Social Affairs and enjoys the scientific and pedagogical co-supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Consequently, it is directly affiliated with the University of Manouba.

MISSIONS

The Higher Institute of Specialized Education's mission includes:

- Training and retraining specialized educators in the education and rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities;
- Developing professional rehabilitation programs for individuals with disabilities;
- Monitoring and overseeing the training institutions for individuals with disabilities;
- Engaging in the fight against disability through research and prevention;
- Participating in the establishment and development of application and demonstration units for the education and rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities.
