    Projet 1: Monitoring of antimicrobial resistance of bacteria for a better health of food-producing animals in Tunisia
    Projet 2: Bacteriocins: a promising natural alternative for the replacement of antibiotics in poultry production
    Projet 3: Enhancing Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory Biosafety and Biosecurity Capacities to Address Threats from Zoonotic and Transboundary Animal Diseases (AFRA)
    Projet 4: Investigations on new control and decision support approaches applied to the management of parasitic diseases transmitted by ticks in coherence with the EcoHealth and OneHealth approaches.
    Projet 5: Improvement of preventing actions to emerging lagoviruses in the mediterranean basin: development and optimization of methodologies for pathogen detection and control.
    Projet 6: Study of the bacterial microbiota in ticks with medical and economic impact in Tunisia: contribution to the control of vector-borne bacterial diseases.
    Projet 7: Milk quality along the dairy chain for a safe and sustainable milk.
    Projet 8: New sustainable tools and innovative actions to control cystic ECHINOcoccosis insheep farms in the MEDiterranean area: improvement of diagnosis and SAFEty in response to climatic changes.
